Arrange your return
Contact support with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions. Include the device and supplied accessories. Do not send returns to an address printed on a parcel without first contacting support.
Refunds and return shipping
After the returned massager and supplied accessories are received, we will process a refund of the massager purchase price to the original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Optional expedited-delivery charges cover a delivered service and are not refunded once used. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
